​Uninstalling the Driver

When uninstalling the driver, perform the following procedure.

Windows 11

1. Turn off the machine and disconnect the USB cable connecting the computer and the machine.

2. Log on to Windows as the computer's administrator.

3. On the [Start] menu, click [Windows Tools], [Control Panel], and then click [Uninstall a program].

4. Select the driver of the machine to delete by clicking it, and then click [Uninstall].

5. If a message prompting you to confirm deletion appears, click [Yes].

6. Start Explorer, and open the drive and folder where the driver is stored. (*Note)

7. Double-click "SETUP64.exe."

8. If a "User Account Control" window appears, click [Yes].

The setup program for the driver starts.

9. Click [Uninstall].

Select the machine to remove, and then click [Start].

10. If a window prompting you to restart the computer appears, click [Yes].

11. After the computer has restarted, click [Start], [All apps], [Windows Tools], and then click [Control Panel].

12. Click [View devices and printers].

13. If you can see the icon of the machine to delete, right-click it, and then click [Remove device].

* If you do not have the driver, return to "Driver Download" and download the driver.

Windows 10

1. Turn off the machine and disconnect the USB cable connecting the computer and the machine.

2. Log on to Windows as the computer's administrator.

3. On the [Start] menu, click [Windows System], [Control Panel], and then click [Uninstall a program].

4. Select the driver of the machine to delete by clicking it, and then click [Uninstall].

5. If a message prompting you to confirm deletion appears, click [Yes].

6. Start Explorer, and open the drive and folder where the driver is stored. (*Note)

7. Double-click "SETUP64.exe" (64-bit version) or "SETUP.exe" (32-bit version).

8. If the "User Account Control" window appears, click [Allow].

The setup program for the driver starts.

9. Click [Uninstall].

Select the machine to remove, and then click [Start].

10. If a window prompting you to restart the computer appears, click [Yes].

11. After the computer has restarted, click [Settings] on the [Start] menu.

12. Click [Devices].

13. Click [Devices and printers] under [Related settings] on the right side of the window.

14. If you can see the icon of the machine to delete, right-click it, and then click [Remove device].

The uninstallation will be finished after the computer restarts.

* If you do not have the driver, return to "Driver Download" and download the driver.
